Hey there,

Happy Sunday ☀️

As this letter reaches you, there, I am in the middle of another Quantum Alignment Mastery Retreat at The Oasis. You have heard me write about these several times, so you know the rhythm already. A new cohort arrives on Friday, we run seven days of full immersion together, and by Sunday morning the room has already begun to settle into its own weather.

This one is a special one: the whole group is women. Which means that for the week, the only male energy left at The Oasis is me, Archie, and Messi. And the two of them are not exactly holding up their end of the conversation 🐶

That is a joke, of course. It is also true.

What I have been sitting with, quietly, since the group arrived is what happens in a room when it tilts one way on the energetic scale. In my work, feminine energy is not merely a description of women. It is the receptivity, the presence, the intuition, the flow that lives in every human being. Masculine energy is the action, the structure, the drive. Both live in all of us. What changes, from room to room and from week to week, is which one leads.

This week the room is deeply awake in exactly the way I love watching a room be awake.

One teaching runs underneath what I am walking through with this group, there. It is the one that has always run underneath. It is the one I want to leave with you before I turn back to my retreat classroom.

Inside Out 🌱

The outer world is a projection of the inner one, not sometimes and not just for the wise, but always and for every one of us.

Most people spend the majority of their lives trying to fix the projection. We push at the traffic, we blame the market, we resent the partner, we argue with the scan, we recount the bank balance, we chase the son or daughter who is not returning our calls, and then we wonder why the room refuses to shift.

Kevin Trudeau, my old friend and mentor, has a line that lands this faster than any single sentence I know. When your attitude is right, facts don't count. Sit with it long enough, and it becomes one of the more accurate observations about how life actually works.

In my own work, I draw a distinction that arrives at the same door from a different angle. It is between content and context. Content is the objective thing that happened. Context is the meaning you wrap around it. Two people can sit in identical traffic. One is late for a meeting, and the day is ruined. The other is thirty minutes ahead of schedule, and has just picked up an unexpected gift of quiet. Same content, two entirely different lives being lived inside it.

If you catch yourself arguing with a fact this week, notice which one it is. Nine times out of ten, you are not arguing with a fact. You are arguing with a decision you made about it, so long ago you have forgotten it was ever a choice.

There is a moment in the life of the American philosopher William James, the man widely regarded as the founder of positive psychology in the United States, that I have carried with me for years, and I still quote in my teaching today. Late in his career, someone asked him what the greatest revelation of his lifetime had been. He did not hesitate. He said that a human being can alter the circumstances of their life by altering the attitudes of mind that meet those circumstances.

What is the attitude of mind you have been showing up with lately, there? Not the version you are hoping to grow into. The one that is actually in your head as you read this sentence. Is it curious? Tired? Guarded? Open? Half-listening? A bit of all of them, on different days?

Whatever the honest answer is, hold it for a moment. It is already telling you something useful.

Because a mind that is even one percent more willing than the average has one very particular tell. It starts to look, quietly, for the next room to be in. More on this below.

Earlier this week, over a hundred of our Elite Mentorship Forum students joined me for a live session where we discussed something that is rarely talked about in the personal growth space: what happens after a transformative programme ends.

What holds the transformation once the retreat, the cohort, the course is over?

Here is what I have watched happen more times than I can count. You shift something real at the identity level. And if you then walk back into an environment that does not match the new version of you, the shift quietly leaks. That is not a failure of your commitment. It is structural. And structure has a structural solution.

I delivered this one for people who have already done the work, so the language sits high. If you are a graduate of EMF, this session was created specifically for you. If you are not, you will still walk away with what I call the five environment tests, which you can run on any room, home, workplace, or relationship you spend time in, and know within minutes whether it is holding you up or quietly pulling you down.

That is what I wanted to leave with you this morning, there.

The retreat classroom is waiting for me, and your room, wherever you are reading this from, is waiting for you. Take a quiet, honest look at the attitude of mind you have decided to bring into it.

Have a Beautiful Sunday

All the best,
