Hi there,
I thought I would introduce myself as I am usually the one sending MitoQ emails as well as working to improve your experience at MitoQ.
I’ve been taking MitoQ for nearly 4 years now. In the beginning, I wasn’t expecting life-changing results, however, I did notice my energy levels increase and my recovery from exercise improve. No matter what I noticed day-to-day, I knew I was supporting my cell health for anything that came later down the track.
Well, later down the track happened in February last year…
I had a bike accident and suffered a pretty serious concussion. For weeks I suffered from fatigue, headaches, low mood, poor memory and not being able to talk or listen for more than a few minutes at a time.
I’ve read hundreds of customer stories about MitoQ helping with similar issues. I also knew from research that Coq10 following TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) could have a positive effect on supporting brain recovery and fatigue.
I am truly lucky and grateful that I was already taking a proven game-changer.
At first, I was still taking my usual 10mg (2 capsules) of MitoQ +Curcumin per day but, as I felt that my recovery was very slow, I tried increasing my dosage to 20mg (2 capsules of MitoQ Brain and MitoQ Curcumin), and then increased again to 30mg so I could support my body the best I could.
That’s when I really noticed the biggest difference. Yes, I had an amazing concussion team supporting me throughout and I was doing everything I could: resting, eating healthy etc., but I noticed MitoQ was making a real difference to my level of fatigue.
Now, a few months after the accident, I have dropped my dosage back to 2 capsules per day. I still get tired more easily than before but with my amazing concussion team and MitoQ (the team and product), I am back to work, enjoying yoga and meeting up with friends again!
I know that taking a new product is pretty daunting and you probably have a few questions. So feel free to reach out to me by replying to this email.
