We’re excited to announce that our new and improved loyalty programme, The JJ Collective, will be launching soon, with more exclusives, VIP access and tiered rewards.

You don’t need to do anything. You will be automatically enrolled in the new programme and your existing points will be converted and transferred over to the new one.

However, please note that you will not be able to use your points from midnight on Friday 31st July 2026, until the new programme launches. This is to allow us to transition all members over.

Full details of the new programme will be communicated shortly.
