Customers Wanted Help, Not Software 💸

Tjitte Joosten built a SaaS for pricing pages. But before customers installed it, they kept asking if he could help set their prices instead. He followed that signal, retired the product, and turned RevFixr into a pricing consultancy doing $30k–$60k in monthly recurring revenue.

At first, the team did all their work manually. But then they standardized each repetitive task and eventually brought in AI. RevFixr's agents draw on the full customer context, from sales conversations through project delivery, to analyze pricing and make recommendations. That lets the consultancy work at roughly 1/5 the price of traditional firms.

Check out this interview! It gets very tactical, which I love. And it's a great case study in taking a manual process that doesn't scale and evolving it with AI.

AI Is Already Building Your Buyer’s Shortlist. Is Your Brand On It? 😱

Before a buyer ever books a demo, they’re already narrowing the list. They’re asking AI which products to consider and still turning to Google to compare options.

If your B2B SaaS brand isn’t showing up in those answers, you may be eliminated before the shortlist is even made.

Visibility+ from dofollow.com helps SaaS teams improve visibility across AI answers and traditional search through:

  • Proprietary intelligence that shows where your brand is missing
  • Targeted outreach to strengthen visibility where buyers are looking
  • Clear reporting that shows what’s working
  • A strategy built for both AI discovery and traditional search

The goal isn’t just more mentions. It’s making sure your brand is present when buyers decide who belongs on the shortlist.

Bite-sized growth tip 🍪

Translate your product into one new language and watch what happens.

The SmallPDF team did exactly that. Manuel Stofer, Lino Teuteberg, and Mathis Büchi built a suite of free PDF tools, launched in English, then used a translation service to add Thai. Thai users grew 500% in a year.

So they kept going, eventually translating SmallPDF into 17 languages. Monthly users climbed 60% in one year, from 6 million to 9.5 million, and more than 70% now come from non-English-speaking countries. The business makes $1.46 million a month.

Channing's Tweet Pick 🐦

i.e. it's not enough to "know" what to do. You have to actually DO it! And that usually requires a different set of virtues.
