30-second growth tip: Teach your customers how to use your competitor’s product.
Most CPAs file the return and go quiet until spring. Gelt pairs a dedicated CPA with software that keeps the books current, so founders with S-corps, K-1s, and multi-state revenue make their tax decisions during the year instead of reporting them after. Talk to a Gelt CPA today. Mention Indie Hackers in your intake form to receive 10% off your first year of strategy.
He Built a $9K Codex App Before OpenAI Did 📱

Emanuele Di Pietro built Remodex, a way to use Codex from your phone, in one or two sleep-deprived weeks. It hit $9K/month before OpenAI released its own Codex mobile app (dropping Remodex's revenue to $1.5K).
Remodex was always a temporary bet. Emanuele has built 10 iOS apps from his parents' house, and he's now betting on Synara, a free, open-source workspace for running coding agents in parallel without losing context.
The full interview dives into many of Emanuele's projects and also his marketing approaches. Including the 352-day X video streak behind his nearly 11K followers. Enjoy this one!

The Web, Piped Straight Into Your Agent via API 🌐

Your agent needs live web context, not another brittle scraping stack. Context.dev turns any website into clean Markdown, JSON, screenshots, or structured data through one developer-friendly API.
Every request is browser-rendered by default, with stealth and proxy escalation built in when needed.
Pricing stays just as simple: 1 credit = 1 scrape, always, with no stealth multiplier or rendering surcharge.
Built for AI products and trusted by teams like Mintlify, SiteGPT, and Ferndesk, Context.dev gives your agents reliable web data without the browsers, proxies, maintenance, or surprise costs.
Start scraping for free and connect your product to the web.

Bite-sized growth tip 🍪

Teach your customers how to use your competitor's product.
Turgay Birand built EditionGuard, a service that protects eBooks from piracy with DRM. Instead of pretending Adobe’s pricey enterprise solution didn't exist, he wrote posts explaining how DRM works and how to implement it, Adobe included.
Publishers searching for help with Adobe DRM found those posts. Then they discovered EditionGuard offered similar protection for a fraction of the price. That move took the business from 30 to more than 100 customers and helped it reach $25,000 in monthly revenue.
