Here's what you'll find in this issue:

  • This founder built distribution before his breakout. Now he's at $1M MRR.
  • 5 vibe coding tools. Some of the latest apps for coding with AI.
  • Yesterday's build board winners, including three new product launches from indie hackers.
  • 30-second growth tip: Lock early customers into their original price forever.

Simular.ai releases Sai, the autonomous computer agent now generally available. Sai runs computers directly, spawning a #SaiFleet to execute tasks in parallel across 100 machines for under $1. From complex research to repetitive workflows, Sai frees you from digital labor. Experience your robosecretary at sai.simular.ai.

This Founder Built Distribution Before His Breakout 🦜

Jure Sotošek built more than 10 products that went nowhere. Then his car-hardware business taught him the skill that changed everything: distribution. He brought his short-form marketing playbook to ParakeetAI, a real-time AI assistant he built over a weekend. Less than two years later, it's doing more than $1M in monthly (!) revenue.

ParakeetAI began as an AI assistant for high-stakes job interviews, listening to conversations and surfacing useful answers in real time. Jure built the original version with a simple stack and charged as soon as it was usable, using credit-card payments instead of compliments as the signal that mattered. The product has since expanded into sales calls, meetings, recruiting, and other live conversations.

The full interview gets into the entire story behind Jure's success with ParakeetAI, from building the weekend MVP, to his decision to charge early, to his plan to turn an interview tool into a broader real-time AI assistant. Lots to learn here!

Everyone is going to scan your site. You should see it first. 👀

Scaling web data shouldn't mean adding another proxy provider, browser service, parser, retry system, or scraping vendor to the bill.

Context.dev replaces that fragmented stack with one developer-friendly API for clean Markdown, raw HTML, screenshots, images, and structured JSON.

Browser rendering is included by default, with stealth and automatic proxy escalation when needed. And the pricing stays simple: 1 credit = 1 successful scrape. No rendering surcharge. No stealth multiplier. No premium-proxy add-on. No charge for failed requests. Those are the same pricing and infrastructure terms used in the previous Indie Hackers campaign.

Bite-sized growth tip 🍪

Lock early customers into their original price forever.

Brett Williams started Designjoy, a subscription design service for tech companies, with low prices to get his first customers in the door. As demand grew, he raised prices for new subscribers. The original customers kept their rate for as long as they stayed subscribed. Cancel, and that price was gone for good.

That made sticking around the easy choice. The early customers stayed, and Designjoy grew from $800 a month to more than $258,000.

Channing's Tweet Pick 🐦

Can't tell you how many founders I've seen automating process that fundamentally never worked in the first place. Don't do it!
