Who we are

Grand Tours Travel Limited, trading as Grandstand Tickets, is now responsible for your data.

Where it came from

You gave it to Motorsport Tickets when you created an account, made a booking, signed up for updates or otherwise engaged with Motorsport Tickets. It moved to us on 29 September 2026 as part of the sale of Motorsport Tickets' assets, agreed with the liquidator, Lambert Smith Hampton on behalf of Crowe UK Ltd.

What we hold

Your name, email address, location, and booking or interest history.

How we use it

We use your details to email you about ticket releases, events and offers we think you'll be interested in, based on your past bookings and interests. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, as we believe these emails are relevant to you. You can object or unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data, but may share it with ticket suppliers, payment processors, and legal or regulatory authorities where necessary to fulfil your booking or comply with the law. All third parties are required to handle your data securely and in line with applicable data protection law, and we do not transfer data outside the UK/EU without appropriate safeguards.
