Our Annual Review Workshop starts in only 2 days!

You can probably see now why we emphasize the power of group accountability and learning in our programs.
Anyone can sit down and read some stuff, watch some videos, and make a list of goals. You don't need us for that.
But there is something we can only do online as a group, using modern video-communication tools: manifest our goals together.
Why is that valuable?
Here are just some of the things we can do as a group:
- Get ideas for useful reflection questions and exercises
- See the past year through others' eyes, through a different perspective
- Provide feedback on each others' reviews, highlighting opportunities for fine-tuning
- Share our learnings and realizations with people who care about the same things we do
- Declare our goals and intentions to peers we respect, who can hold us accountable to them throughout the year
The more people you share your goals with, the more real they become. The more people you include in your circle of confidence, the more energy flows to your intentions.
Almost any substantive project or goal requires working effectively with others. Nowimagine if you included them right from the very beginning when your vision is just beginning to form.
What if your visions emerged, and they were no longer just "your" goals? What would be possible if it wasn't just you, alone, chugging along under the weight of all the responsibility? What would be possible if you had allies, partners, mentors, and collaborators?
