Any event that is important enough usually has some sort of "review" afterward.

Projects have "retrospectives" to determine what went well and what can be improved. The military uses debriefs to gather good intel. And of course, companies run financial reports to take stock of the health of the business.

So...how about your life?

Is that important enough to merit some dedicated reflection time?

If so, is it worth making that reflection generative so that you turn past lessons into future plans?

And if so, wouldn't you want to make that whole experience as positive and well-designed as possible?

That's what we're doing in the Annual Review Workshop this weekend!

It's a container to help you put serious thought into understanding how your 2023 went, and what lessons you want to draw from that past into the unfolding future.

The first live session is tomorrow, Saturday, at 11 am ET. I hope you’ll join us.

I’m also hosting a bonus Q&A session next week Thursday, Jan. 18th, where you can get my guidance on anything that came up through your Annual Review.

Best,

Tiago

P.S. Don’t worry if you don’t feel prepared for the workshop. There are no specific prerequisites or requirements to join.

It can be helpful to have some materials from the past year at your fingertips, such as journals, personal notes, photographs, or any other records that capture your experiences and thoughts from 2023.

No need to fret if you don't have an extensive collection. Even a few notes or memorable photos can serve as a great starting point for reflection and planning. We’ve designed the workshop to be flexible and accommodating to your unique journey.

So, come as you are, with whatever you have from the past year, and we'll take it from there!
