ENB is currently in the process of switching CRM (Customer Relationship Management) services from Tessitura to Beacon. Our new data provider, Beacon CRM, has informed us that they experienced a cyber-security incident that involved unauthorised access to Beacon’s systems. 

During the incident, we were in the process of transferring data from our previous provider to Beacon. As a result, some of your personal information may have been included in the affected data. 

The data potentially affected includes full name, email address, telephone number and address, when provided. The data accessed does not include passwords or payment information. 

Beacon have informed us that they acted promptly to secure their systems and have notified the relevant authorities. 

While no passwords or payment details were exposed, we recommend remaining cautious of any unexpected emails and always verifying the sender before clicking on links. 

There has been no disruption to our website, and you can continue to use our online services.
