stopped by Nudes, the newest frozen yogurt spot in LA I think their tart Greek yogurt has the best texture of all the spots. Other things I loved: — topping options (baklava, dates, fruit, za’atar) — it’s NOT self serve, so there is no sticker shock at the register (looking at you go greek) — thoughtful branding and design, down to the color of the gloves — proprietary recipe that they spent 8 months working on that had yogurt and kefir still in soft opening so line is long and hours are shorter, but the owner hopes to expand their hours soon

One of the themes on last week’s Great British Bake Off was “american-style cookies” and none of the bakers made Radio Bakery’s chocolate chunk cookie, which is weird b/c it is the greatest cookie in the world. https://carlalalli.substack.com/p/the-greatest-chocolate-chunk-cookie
