People spend way too much energy getting their work in front of new people that they forget about the ones they already have. A few I’ve seen just in the last couple of weeks? 1. A podcast with tens of thousands of monthly listeners sending almost no one to the newsletter 2. YouTubers with zero entry points to their email list 3. An Instagram account with hundreds of thousands of followers and NO email list. Every one of those is an audience that already knows about YOU. They just might not realize you have a newsletter…because you skipped that last step. Go fix that first :)
