Hey there, want some good news?

Let's take a quick look at the positive impact we've made on the planet with your help! 👇

We can't wait to share with you even more exciting sustainability updates - watch this space! 💫

Carbon Neutral 🌎

We achieved this goal in 2020. Our carbon offsetting has helped remove 664 tonnes of CO2 through initiatives like paying to protect the Amazon rainforest from deforestation. And more, including our solar panels installed at our HQ (The Nest), which has reduced 79,186kg of CO2 since being in operation.

B Corp Certified ⭐

Our company meets the highest standards of social & environmental impact. Our B Corp score of 90.1 beats all benchmarks for medium-sized companies in the UK in our industry.

We attribute this to 10 years of years of eco-conscious & ethical-minded business decisions.

280,583 Trees Planted 🌳

We are partnered with the World Preservation Foundation to plant a tree for every takeaway cup we sell. For each tree planted from our donations, it will remove over 308kg (680lb) of CO2 from our atmosphere, with an average of 12.3kg per year!

It also provides job opportunities, with a worldwide total of 110 local people employed to help in these reforestation projects!

FiND OUT MORE

We are excited about collaborating with fellow B Corp businesses in our local Brighton business community as well as B Corps across the UK during B Corp month this March.

We'll build on the success of last year's B Corp Brighton Beach Clean which was featured in B Lab UK's community collaboration workshop - featuring our very own Meg.

This year's B Corp month theme 'This Way Forward' will bring us together to help spread our community’s message far and wide and encourage new & existing customers to choose B Corp businesses.

On February 21st we are holding a collaborative event at our head office (The Nest) called SustainabiliTEA Business Chat - ideal for local businesses wanting to learn more about building a business that prioritises people & planet, B Corp-certified businesses, and anyone wanting to share knowledge and resources.

All are welcome, please book your free place here.
